Nutritious Maple Cranberry Overnight Oats

We are always looking for new and creative ways to top our overnight oats and @Larecetteparfaite created the perfect combination of delicious and nutritious toppings to add to our maple cranberry overnight oats.

One of the toppings is hemp seeds, or also called hemp hearts, the seeds of the hemp plant. These are rich in healthy fats and they are also a great source of protein, vitamins, and minerals such as vitamin A and iron. The small seeds are a great addition to the oats and provide a pleasant nutty taste that combines so well with the nut milk and the oats.

Nutritious Maple Cranberry Overnight Oats

Recipe
  1. Add the almond milk and the hemp seeds to a sachet of maple cranberry overnight oats.
  2. Stir until everything is well-combined. Place the lid over the jar and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Before serving, top the overnight oats with the raisins, chocolate chips and the chopped banana. Enjoy!
