Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Did you see us on Breakfast TV Montreal talking about healthy snacks that can help boost our metabolism? Well, here's the A+ recipe, loved by BT staff and host, Derick Fage.

Apple Chocolate Energy Balls


- 2 cups rolled oats

- 1 cup all natural peanut butter (Or nut butter of your choice)

- 1/4 cup finely chopped dates

- 1/3 cup diced green apples

- 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips

- 1/2 tbs mint leaves, chopped

- 2 tbsp hemp seeds

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- water as needed for texture


1. Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until even consistency. 
2. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls with your hands. 
3. Serve immediately or refrigerate and enjoy later!
